The new installations in Brgy. Binabag and Brgy. Marangog are set to deliver substantial benefits to residents, businesses, and tourists, thereby boosting local economic activities and enhancing digital experiences.
The first cell site, strategically located in Brgy. Binabag along the Cebu North Road, a crucial corridor linking Cebu City to the Port of Hagnaya in San Remigio, aims to provide robust connectivity to approximately 2,500 residents.

The second cell site in Brgy. Marangog addresses the need for improved data services for another 2,500 residents in this primarily corn-farming community.
Improved connectivity will facilitate more efficient agricultural practices, better access to market information, and greater opportunities for local businesses.
Moreover, residents will benefit from enhanced digital learning resources, improved healthcare access, and expanded connections to broader markets for their agricultural products.
Bogo City, known for its sugarcane production and fishery, is particularly vulnerable to climate change-induced hazards such as typhoons, floods, landslides, and storm surges.
