Filipino Homes, the Philippines’ largest real estate marketing network based in Cebu, has officially established its international office hub in Dubai, marking its entry into the Middle East market and capitalizing on the region’s significant Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) population.
Founder and President Anthony Leuterio recently secured residency in Dubai, enabling the Cebu-based company to launch operations there and eventually expand to other Middle Eastern markets.
Filipino Homes views Dubai as a strategic gateway to nearly two million Filipinos living and working in the region.
To officially kick off its Middle East expansion, Filipino Homes hosted its inaugural leadership training event at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai.
The training gathered top leaders from the company’s Global Partners network, highlighting Filipino Homes’ commitment to equipping real estate professionals with essential skills for success in property investments.
Leuterio emphasized Dubai’s strategic importance, stating the expansion would empower OFWs by providing leadership skills and secure investment channels in Philippine real estate, helping them build financial stability abroad.
“The Middle East is home to nearly 2 million Filipinos, many of whom are looking for ways to secure their financial future,” said Leuterio adding that by expanding Filipino Homes in Dubai, “we are not just growing as a company—we are creating opportunities for OFWs to build wealth through real estate.”
The leadership training highlighted Filipino Homes’ rapid growth in the past five months and its vision to establish a sustainable and structured real estate system in the region.
The company aims to develop top-caliber real estate professionals who can tap into the high demand for property investments both in the Philippines and internationally.
This international expansion marks Filipino Homes’ evolution from traditional brokerage to a full-scale global real estate marketing firm, strengthening its long-term commitment to the Middle Eastern market.
