RLC Residences announced the structural topping-off of its AmiSa Private Residences Tower D in Mactan, Cebu, moving closer to delivering premium coastal living to homeowners.
The milestone event, attended by senior executives from RLC Residences, marked significant progress toward the project’s completion.
Among the key attendees were John Richard Sotelo, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager at RLC Residences and Chief Marketing Officer of Robinsons Land, Vice President and Head of Construction Management Engr. Emmanuel Arce, and Karen Cesario, Senior Director, Marketing Head, and Chief Integration Officer.

Launched in 2022, AmiSa Private Residences Tower D is set to offer residential units with panoramic views of Magellan Bay, Olango Island, and Hilutungan Channel.
The 16-storey building includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed with spacious windows and glass balcony railings to maximize natural lighting and sea breeze.
Amenities at Tower D will include a Sky Lounge located on the top floor, a private theater, grilling and picnic areas, a game room, clubhouse, swimming pool, jogging path, and a private gym. Homeowners will also enjoy exclusive access and privileges at the nearby Dusit Thani Mactan Resort.
