The Asian Real Estate Summit (ARES) 2025 is expected to draw over 1,000 property professionals and more than 30 top developers from the Philippines when it convenes in Bangkok on July 1-2, organizers said.
Now on its third edition, the summit is organized by Cebu-based property network Filipino Homes and will focus on “Empowering Growth: Fostering Global Partnerships with Responsible Developers.” It aims to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and networking among real estate stakeholders.
“Participation continues to grow. The summit will be an avenue for CEOs and top executives to share insights and best practices while also engaging with the next generation of top real estate sellers,” said Anthony Gerard Leuterio, founder and president of Filipino Homes.

Over 800 delegates have already registered for the two-day event, which debuted in 2023 as a regional platform for developers and property professionals.
Leuterio said he remains bullish on the Philippine real estate market in 2025, citing persistent demand, limited supply, and major infrastructure developments as growth drivers.
“The primary market within key cities—especially Cebu, Metro Manila and Davao—remains tight, with new developments selling out quickly and supporting upward pressure on prices,” he said.
Emerging areas such as Palawan and Bacolod are also experiencing increased activity, driven in part by strong remittance inflows from overseas Filipino workers.
Infrastructure upgrades, including Cebu’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system and nationwide road improvements, are further boosting demand, Leuterio added.
Sustainable and affordable housing are also gaining momentum as buyers increasingly seek environmentally responsible and cost-effective options. Leuterio said developers should focus on integrated communities with residential, commercial, and lifestyle components.
“Despite high interest rates and inflationary pressures, the real estate sector remains resilient, underpinned by strong end-user demand and infrastructure-led growth,” he said.
ARES 2025 is expected to serve as a critical venue for industry players looking to expand their networks and gain insights into the evolving property market both in the Philippines and across the region.
