Ford Philippines has opened its largest service facility in the Visayas, strengthening its aftersales presence in the region amid rising demand for the brand’s vehicles.
The new facility, located along North Road in Barangay Jagobiao, Mandaue City, spans 12,000 square meters and features more than 50 combined service and body-and-paint bays.
The dealership is operated in partnership with Fairlane Automotive Ventures Inc. (FAVI), which manages Ford’s Visayas operations.
“Ford Mandaue is a testament to our commitment to providing top-notch service and aftersales support, ensuring that every Ford owner enjoys a seamless ownership journey for many years,” said Pedro Simoes, managing director of Ford Philippines.
The dealership includes a 3-vehicle display area to support sales and marketing initiatives and is expected to improve access to service for customers in northern Cebu.
“We are thrilled to officially open Ford Mandaue and bring the Ford brand of ownership experience to more customers in Cebu,” said Andre Borromeo, general manager at FAVI. “With this expansive service facility, we look forward to creating and maintaining lasting relationships with our current and future customers as we continue to make aftersales a top priority for our business.”
To mark the opening, Ford Mandaue is offering additional cash savings of up to PHP50,000 to the first 50 customers who reserve and purchase any Ford vehicle from June 5 to June 30, 2025.
The promo is exclusive to customers with no active reservations at other Ford dealerships in Cebu, including Ford Cebu and Ford Talisay.
Reservation fees start at PHP10,000 for models like the Territory, Everest, and Ranger, and PHP30,000 for the Mustang and Explorer.
